Registration & Accommodations
To participate in Synergy Toronto 2026, attendees can register online and take advantage of early booking discounts.
Standard Registration: The cost for the full three-day conference is $600 plus tax.
Early Bird Discount: Register early to save $100 on the total cost. Ends July 31, 2026.
Accommodations: Special group rates are available at the Chelsea Hotel (33 Gerrard St. W.) for conference attendees.

Our exclusive preferred rate for conference hotel bookings has now ended. Please visit the hotel’s website to check current room availability and rates.
Getting to the Second Floor:
You can take the Blue, Green, or Red elevators to reach the second floor.
Accessibility to the Third Floor:
If you require step-free access to Wren, Carlyle, Rossetti and Scott Rooms on the 3rd floor, please use the Red elevators to reach the correct level.
